I'm a huge fan of Peldi. He's the guy behind Balsamiq which makes one of the greatest mock up tools I've ever used. He has a very open and honest personality. Even the early days when things were rough he posted regularly about his income and how a software developer can become an entrepreneur.

He gave a talk last Fall at the Business of Software conference on his experiences building a company. It's very inspiring!
